This morning in Visayas, Sagip Kapamilya, together with RNG (Regional Network Group) had soup kitchen at the Cebu port for 6,000 stranded passengers; and in Mindanao. Also, feeding for 85 families or 400 individuals at the Agusan National HS Butuan City was conducted. Sagip Kapamilya and RNG are assessing damage and identifying areas for relief operations, augmenting government in assisting the affected families.
